More is more. Even more is even better. The exception? Handcrafted drinks using JT's Coconut Water. Start with your favorite boutique spirits, a tall glass of island H20 and let the mixology begin. Our lab notes are below to inspire your own new recipes.
Lychee Capricossa (Alcoholic)
- 3 Lychees
- 6 Lime Wedges
- 2 Spoons Caster Sugar
- 60ml Vodka
- 30ml JT's Coconut Water
Passion Punch Capricossa (Alcoholic)
- 30ml Passion Pulp
- 10ml Orange Sugar Syrup
- 15ml Aperol or Campari
- 30ml Vodka
- 30ml JT's Coconut Water
Coconut Lychee (Non-alcoholic and very refreshing)
- 3 Lychees
- 6 Lime Wedges
- 2 Spoons Caster Sugar
- 90ml JT's Coconut Water
St. Germain and JT's Coconut Water (Alcoholic)
The first sip: A rawgasm that fueled a 5-case JT's Coconut Water purchase. Look for the invite.
- 1 1/2 ounces St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 3 ounces JT's Coconut Water
- Shake St. Germain and JT's Coconut Water until icy cold. Strain into a lowball filled with ice.
Rum and JT's Pure Coconut Water (Alcoholic)
This should be a mandatory summer cocktail. Period.
- 2 ounces small-batch gold rum (we like JM Rhum Vieux Agricole)
- 2 to 4 ounces ice-cold JT's Coconut Water
- Fill a Collins glass with ice, add rum and coconut water to taste. Stir until icy cold and serve.
- Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice and fully embrace the island spirits.
Pastis or Absinthe and JT's 100% Pure Coconut Water (Alcoholic)
You know it's going to be a good night when you've got pitchers of anything on hand. This flavor combination goes down smoothly so pace yourself.
- 2 ounces Ricard pastis or Lucid absinthe
- Small pitcher of cold JT's Coconut Water
- Small pitcher of ice
- Pour spirits in a Collins glass and add drops of coconut water and cubes of ice to taste. The spirits will become cloudy as you add water.
Gin and JT's Pure Coconut Water (Alcoholic)
Boutique meets chic. We love how coconut water softens the bite of Death's Door.
- 2 ounces Death's Door Gin
- 2 to 4 ounces JT's Coconut Water
- Fill a Collins glass with ice, add gin and coconut water to taste. Stir until icy cold and serve.
Coco-Jito (Alcoholic)
Coco-jito is the new mojito. Mint leaves play nice with the coconut water for a refreshing twist on the classic.
- 2 parts rum blanco
- 1/2 part lime juice
- Small spoon sugar
- Mint leaves
- JT's 100% Pure Coconut water
- Muddle lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in a tall Collins glass. Fill with ice then add rum and coconut water.
Coconut Honey Bee (Alcoholic)
This baby tastes a little like dessert in a glass.
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1/2 ounce honey
- 1/2 ounce JT's Coconut Water
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- Strawberry, sliced in half, for garnish
- Shake, serve up, garnished with a strawberry slice.
Coconut Gin Old Fashioned (Alcoholic)
A modern take on your grandmother's cocktail. Drink this on your back porch as the sun sets.
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1/2 ounce JT's Coconut Water
- Lime peel, for garnish
- Place sugar cube in the bottom of a low-ball, add bitters and coconut water then muddle until sugar dissolves.
- Add gin, stir and fill with ice and garnish with a lime twist.
